City of Blinding Light: Tallinn Light Biennale
This weekend's Tallinn Light Biennale, like the Architectural Biennale that came in September, showcased artistic and design creativity from within Estonia and from around the world. On Saturday night, I went out with my camera and walked the full length of the Biennale's route, to pick out some of the most beautiful images from the public light shows.
