La Müü: Ace Cream

As we have had a week of largely summery, warm but breezy days in Tallinn, it's tempting to call this period an "Indian summer"... except we're in Estonia. Still, it's worth partying like it's June 2013, and so I'd recommend you do what I did on my day off, and buy an ice cream cone from the La Müü stand, outside Viru Keskus (there are also other concessions around Estonia). The coconut ice cream contained lots of genuine coconut bits, rather than artificial flavouring. The lemon sorbet, like all lemon sorbet, is like a drink from heaven.

La Müü is a relatively new Estonian company, making their ice cream from locally-sourced ingredients, and trading on their quirkiness as a small company. They have a fun image, and have picked up loads of new fans, especially as the summer appears to continue.
